The excellence of Moroccan gastronomy

Passionate about Moroccan gastronomy, and in love with his country of origin, Lhassan ICHOUAN has deployed all his knowledge and expertise with one goal in mind: to bring the richness and generosity of Moroccan gastronomy to the French public. Coming from a family of pastry chefs, he first became famous in this field by opening the first <<Gazelle d'Or>> in the center of Paris.
 
Smaller, thinner and less sweet, these small Moroccan sweets adapted to the French palate were soon a great success. But his customers are looking for other experiences. They wanted to find the flavors they had discovered during their trips to Morocco or during dinners with friends. The catering range was born: msemmens, couscous, pastillas, beghrirs, harchas and tajines..... were added to the forty or so pastries already sold in its stores.
 
With a traditional know-how passed down from generation to generation, the Gazelle d'Or offers today a catering range as well as Moroccan street-food, prepared from typical Moroccan breads, made to order with fresh ingredients, these small tasty sandwiches become very quickly very popular with its customers.
 
It is composed of two ranges:
 
- The traditional range: traditional Moroccan couscous, tajine (chicken, meat, kefta, khelii, vegetarian...), pastillas (chicken and seafood), refisa, briwate.....
 
- The street-food range: kasdals sandwiches made with Moroccan bread (batboute or mseman) stuffed with (chicken, merguez or home made kefta), fried and drink of your choice.
 
- The breakfast range: consists of msemmen, stuffed msemmen, harcha, beghrir, batboute, harira.
 
Prepared from typical Moroccan breads, made to order with fresh ingredients, these tasty little sandwiches are quickly becoming very popular with its customers.
